The Splash Pad is closed for the season. This Project was Funded in Part by a Grant From the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Administered by the Recreation Educational Services Division, Tennessee Department of Environmental and Conservation as well as a Community Development Block Grant.

Edith Pettus Park contains a multi-feature splash park, pavilions with picnic tables, a playground, and a lighted basketball court. There is a small practice field alongside a regulation sized football field, complete with lights, goal posts, and a scoreboard that are available by reservation only.

The football fields are closed for seasonal maintenance until April 20, 2026.

They need to have a bigger shaded area by where the mounted benches are just in case people need some shade if the grass area is occupied by other people but besides that the kids love it

Great park love the bathrooms are open love the tent they put it’s definitely a great park

Great place to take kids when it’s hot. Located in a park behind APSU campus. It needs a little maintenance (some of the splash pad is coming up or missing), but it’s nice. The restrooms are clean. There’s a park, sun shade, and tables there to use.

I took the kids to play at the splash pad, and the water would not turn on. Multiple kids came by trying to turn it on, and the family that was there when we got there had been waiting about 30 minutes. The kids played on the playground, which seemed taken care of from a distance.

The city of Clarksville has upgraded the park by putting in a brand new football field tennis court and other joyful kid amenities upgrades. This is a nice quiet spot to bring your kids to hang out and a beautiful upgrade and addition to this particular community thanks to Wanda Smith Clarksville City Council!
